The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met. Employees were engaged in framing activities at a new construction residential building located at 11002 Reynolds St., Omaha, NE 68142, and were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer has not developed a Hazardous Communication Program for his employees who are using chemicals with serious chronic health hazards. All Seasons Construction as previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1548437, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/30/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8998 L Street, Suite 105, Omaha NE 68127.

All Seasons Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1548437, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/30/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 8998 L Street, Suite 105, Omaha NE 68127.
