29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1):When information indicated that any employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) Production Department - On or about May 10, 2023, and at times prior to, an employee was exposed to continuous noise at 140% of the permissible daily exposure of 85 dBA (8-hour time weighted average) or equivalent sound levels of 92.4 dBA during 421 minutes sampling period. The exposure calculation included a zero increment of the 59 minutes not sampled. The employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program for employees exposed to potential hearing loss while working with Commercial Radial Arm saw.

The sampling was performed for 421 minutes, when the exposure calculations included a zero increment for the 59 minutes not sampled.
