29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. On or about May 10, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees performing steel erection work were not protected from falls. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 15 feet. Warrior Steel LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CRF 1926.706(b)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1530801, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/02/2021, with respect to a workplace located at East Of Intersection Coltrane And Second Street Edmond, OK 73034.
