29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all ends of platforms and mid-section:  a) 301 Sicklerville Rd, Winslow, NJ - Building 3 - Employee working approximately 25 feet above the ground from a pump jack scaffold in which the employer did not ensure guard rails were completely installed on the open ends of the platform and mid-section between the top rail and the platform, thus exposing the employee to a fall hazard. This condition was observed on or about May 24, 2023.  The Blue Contractor Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1651966, citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on May 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 161 Summit Ave, Montvale, NJ.  The Blue Contracting Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647356, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 147 Columbia Turnpike, Florham, NJ.  The Blue Contracting Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643517, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lenox Drive, Block 1248.4/Lot 36/37, Lakewood, NJ.  The Blue Contracting Corp.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1668482, citation number 01, item number 03, and was affirmed as a final order on September 6, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Division St, Belmar, NJ.
