29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. The training shall include the following areas, as applicable. a) Jobsite: 1130 N. Delaware Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19125 - On or about May 24, 2023, the employer did not train employees working from Form scaffolds, who were exposed to an approximate 13 foot fall hazard, to recognize the hazards associated with working from scaffolds and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.
