29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents: a. 859-869 Communipaw Avenue, Jersey City, NJ Employees used hand tools such as, but not limited to, Makita 7 1/4 circular saw and Dewalt hand driller without wearing eye or face protection. The employees used the saw and driller to install the frame on the residential building under construction. Violation observed 06/06/2023
