29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite: 909 N 26th St., Philadelphia, PA 19130 - On or about 30 May 2023, the employer did not ensure employees conducting framing activities along open and unprotected sides and edges on the 3rd level of a residential apartment building, approximately 20 feet above the ground level, were protected from the falls by the use of a fall protection system.
