(Construction reference 29 CFR 1926.602(d)):  a)  At or near 19-00 Pollitt Dr, Fair Lawn NJ - Building C1: Employees were exposed to fall and struck by hazards as the All Terrain Forklift was operated by an individual that had not been trained and evaluated in the safe operation of the equipment, on or about 6/15/23.
