29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s): a) Laurel Valley Farms - 705 Penn Green Road, Landenberg, PA: On or about June 8, 2023, the employer did not ensure the belts and rotating parts of the McCluskey International Conveyor/Stacker machine were guarded while the machine was in use, thereby exposing employees to amputation hazards from rotating parts.
