29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a)Laurel Valley Farms located at 705 Penn Green Road, Landenberg, PA 19350 - On or about December 23, 2024, the employer did not ensure lockout/tagout procedures were utilized while performing maintenance on a conveyor system. An employee performed maintenance on a conveyor without de-energizing the system, thereby exposing employee to fall hazards.
