29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2):The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a) Jobsite, 2626 South Tunnel Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 7, 2023, an employee was erecting Universal unilock tube and coupler scaffold along the front of a 5 year old apartment building and was not utilizing any type of fall protection. b) Jobsite, 2626 South Tunnel Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 7, 2023, an employee was erecting Universal unilock tube and coupler scaffold along the front of a 5 year old apartment building and was tied off to the scaffold pole without the manufacturer's approval.
