29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a.) 3220 Avondale Mill Rd. Macon, GA 31216. On or about June 13, 2023, On the Peerless Machine, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while machine was in operation. Employee was feeding paper through the pull wheel located on the top platform of the machine when employee's hand was caught in between the pull wheel resulting in an amputation.
