29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employee were exposed to fall hazards. Employee(s) engaged in residential framing activities at 18785 W 179th Ter. Olathe, Kansas, were exposed to fall distance of approximately 10 feet from the rafters to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized. The A&G Framing LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588137 citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/16/2022, with respect to a workplace located at corner of Roe Ave & Delmar, lot 68, Overland Park, Kansas 66224.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: Employee(s) at 18785 W 179th Terrace Olathe, Kansas, were exposed to fall hazards in that two portable ladders, 1 Aluminum Werner and 1 Gorilla Ladder used to gain access to the work area did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface exposing employees to a fall distance of approximately 10 feet to the ground. The A&G Framing LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588137, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/16/2022, with respect to a workplace located at corner of Roe Ave and Delmar, Lot 68 in Overland Park, KS 66224.
