29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the jobsite located at 18785 W. 179th Ter, Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to dermatitis and burn hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals in that the employer had not developed nor implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure employees are aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline.
