29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: On or about April 21, 2023, the employer failed to ensure an employee operating a powered industrial vehicle kept a clear view of the path of travel. As a result, an employee was exposed to and struck by a Combilift 334873 which led to hospitalization/amputation.
