29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  Worksite, Parkland Crossings, Unit #32 - On or about June 30, 2023, An employee was performing carpentry tasks while standing on the framing members of a front porch canopy roof at a height of approximately 10' from grade.  The employee was not utilizing any means of fall protection.  b)  Worksite, Parkland Crossings, Unit #33 - On or about June 30, 2023, employees were performing framing tasks while standing on floor joist at a height of approximately 10' above a lower level.  The employees were not utilizing any means of fall protection.
