29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 6/29/2023, at the roof area of the site, Lancaster, NY. Employees, engaged in tearing off of a 5 in 12 steep roof, were not protected by fall protection systems. Employees were exposed to fall of 10 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
