29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) On or about and at times prior to July 12, 2023, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees operating pneumatic nailers did not use eye protection (safety glasses) exposing employees to eye hazards from flying particles and objects.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).   a) On or about and at times prior to July 12, 2023, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees roofing a residential single-family building while working from heights six feet or more above lower levels were not protected from falls and hazards associated with falls.
