29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:  a) On or about July 12, 2023, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16-feet when he worked from the roof of  a storage building without tying off to a fall arrest system.   Barriga Enterprises, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard  1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1362106, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2019,  with respect to a workplace located at 1205 Wells Branch Parkway, Pflugerville, Texas.
