29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) On or before 7/20/2023, in Building 1007, Panel LP2 had carts stored directly in front of the panels and did not have at least 30 inches of clearance. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party: (a) On or before 7/20/2023, in Building 35A, the base gym, spray bottles containing WexCide were not labeled. This condition exposed employees to skin and eye irritant hazards.
