29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13):The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: On or about July 28th, 2023 employees at 1501 Waldorf Ct., Wheaton, IL 60189, were exposed to fall hazards while using the top step of a portable stepladder during wood frame construction. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
