29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Each employer who has a workplace in which there is a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level shall inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation. a.) On or about August 4, 2023, the employer did not provide training on the contents found in appendices A & B of 29 CFR 1910.1025 to employees exposed to lead while working in the charge yard.

29 CFR 1910.134(k)(6): Training and information. This paragraph requires the employer to provide effective training to employees who are required to use respirators. The training must be comprehensive, understandable, and recur annually, and more often if necessary. This paragraph also requires the employer to provide the basic information on respirators in appendix D of this section to employees who wear respirators when not required by this section or by the employer to do so. The basic advisory information on respirators, as presented in Appendix D of this section, shall be provided by the employer in any written or oral format, to employees who wear respirators when such use is not required by this section or by the employer. a.) On or about July 25, 2023, the employer did not provide employees working in areas such as, but not limited to the pour deck and shaker area voluntarily wearing 3M 8210 N95 filtering facepiece respirators with the information contained in Appendix D.
