29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about August 3, 2023, employees were performing framing work activities, from a carpenter scaffold installed on a commercial building, without fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard greater than six (6) feet to the ground below.
