Karvo Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.651(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556035, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-06-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2700 Medina Rd Medina, OH 44256.

Karvo Companies, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556035, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/06/2021, with respect to a workplace located at Windfall at SR 18 Medina, Ohio 44256.
