OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) 102 S Colts Neck Way, Newark, DE 19711(Roadway): On or about August 9, 2023, the employer exposed employees to no signs visible to the public while traveling on S Colts Neck Way Newark Delaware 19711 to assist traffic in understanding traffic pattern changes due to tree trimming/removal work. Employees were exposed to multiple hazards onsite including but not limited to struck by/ caught in hazards when they performed tree trimming/removal work and did not comply with Section 6G.03 of the MUTCD.
