29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: At jobsite located at 21510 8th Terrace, Shawnee, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities using a pneumatic nail gun were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized. Leiva Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588810, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as final order on June 07, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 25178 W. 91st Terr. Lenexa, KS 66062.
