29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At a residential worksite located at 1600 Southwest Arbor Park Dr, Lees Summit, Missouri. Employees were performing framing operations at an elevated height of approximately 13-15 feet without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Leiva Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1766563, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/7/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 1009 Wilds Parkway, Greenwood, MO  Leiva Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1679547, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1611 SW Arbormist Drive, Lee's Summit, MO.
