The following but not limited to instances of this violative condition were documented.  a) The employer failed to ensure employees involved in powder-coating activities were provided training on hazardous chemicals in the powder used for powder-coating.   b) The employer failed to ensure employees involved in welding activities were provided adequate training on hazardous chemicals in their work area. Employees were not made aware of the hazards of welding fumes.
