29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide the basic information on respirators in Appendix D of this section to employees who wear respirators when not required by this section or by the employer to do so. a) 2075 Loucks Road York, PA 17408 - On or about August 18, 2023, the employer did not provide the basic information on respirators in Appendix D to employees who wear the half face air purifying respirator with P100 cartridges voluntarily in the water treatment area. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
