29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: Patterson Rig 817: On or about August 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure each outlet had a suitable faceplate. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards. The TanMar Companies LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384736, citation number 2, item number 2-b and was affirmed as a final order on August 30, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at Cactus Drilling Rig #139, 16.74 miles SE from Pecos.
