29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(i): Portable cord- and plug connected equipment and flexible cord sets (extension cords) were not visually inspected before use on any shift for external defects (such as loose parts, deformed and missing pins, or damage to outer jacket or insulation) and for evidence for possible internal damage (such as pinched or crushed outer jacket). Rear of Bowling Alley: On and/or before August 29, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the sheathing for the power cord of the Kustodian Plus Model: 17-5100 was inspected for external damage prior to use. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to electrical shock hazards.
