29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6):The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. On or about September 12, 2023, the employer did not ensure forklift operators kept a clear view of their path of travel while entering the PLS freezer through the air curtain strips, thus exposing employees inside the PLS freezer to struck by hazards.
