29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: (a) At the facility, on or about September 15, 2023 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, employees were not required to wear eye protection when operating and working with the SZP Slotter-Printer machine.
