29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) WORKSITE - 200 Middletown Blvd, Langhorne, PA: Employees were conducting carpentry work four (4) stories above ground level and were not protected from fall hazards. Lanac Carpentry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605380, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at Parkside Providence Town Center, Collegeville, PA 19426.
