Employees were removing and securing shingles and additional roofing material to the roof of a three story commercial building, or hotel, without the use of fall protection, exposing employees to falls hazards of  over 25 feet.  Good Guys Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1563326, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 13, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 607 Pine Valley Lane in Toledo, Ohio 43615.  Good Guys Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1615770, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1501 Pray Boulevard in Waterville, Ohio 43566.  Good Guys Roofing, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1690013, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 19, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 595 Sterns Road in Fostoria, Ohio 44830.
