29 CFR  1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation or identified by a sign indicating its actual use:  Rear of Bowling Alley:  On and/or before October 5th, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the southside double doors used for freight loading and unloading were marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation or identified by a sign indicating its actual use. The bowling alleys fire escape plan indicated that these double doors could've been used as an exit although the height of the access would've have prevented this. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to fire hazards.
