29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Imagine Baking, Inc. located at 1034 Hancock Street, Sandusky, Ohio, 44870: On or about November 27, 2023, the employer failed to ensure energy control procedures for the Mixing Line 3 equipment such as, but not limited to, the die cutting conveyor and Rademaker Sheeting Line, were adequately developed, documented and utilized to ensure control of all hazardous energy sources.  An employee performing adjustments on the bottom belt of the die cutting conveyor in energized state, was exposed to caught in hazards.
