29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels had not been protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about October 10, 2023, M A Uribe Roofing LLC did not ensure that employees repairing a roof were protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems in a worksite located at 228 Savannah Terrace in Wentzville, Missouri. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from working on a steep slope roof with a 6-12 pitch, at least 25 feet above the ground without fall protection. M A Uribe Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1498098, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 49 Rhythm Point Drive in St. Peters, Missouri.

29 CFR 1926.59:The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1) as incorporated by reference: 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers had not developed, implemented, and maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets (SDSs), and employee information and training would be met. On or about October 10, 2023, Henry Uribe Romero DBA M A Uribe Roofing LLC did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least described how the criteria in paragraphs (f) for labeling and other forms of warning, (g) for safety data Sheets (SDSs), and (h) for employee information and training would be met. Gas was utilized in a worksite at Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe at 228 Savannah Terrace in Wentzville, Missouri, to power air compressors for the use of the pneumatic nail guns.
