29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:  On or about October 19, 2023, employees of MA Uribe Roofing LLC were performing roofing work at 228 Savannah Terrace in Wentzville, Missouri. The employer was operating a SkyTrak telehandler Model 10054, Serial Number 0160111335 with an Arrow HP-6000-250 trash hopper attached to the forks. The boom of the SkyTrak telehandler was elevated approximately 32 feet above the ground at a 35-degree angle.  Two employees were exposed to fall hazards while inside the trash hopper installing roofing shingles.

Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working inside a trash dumpster while performing roofing work approximately 30 feet above the lower level.
