29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from a bucket truck. (a) IFO 4303 Ocean Blvd., Long Beach, NJ: Worker engaged in cable wiring installation and repairs was exposed to fall hazards around 20 feet to the ground surface below, when working from the basket of a Altec Telescopic Boom Lift working near a telephone pole in front of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 10/13/2023.
