29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. Throughout the Dialysis Building: Multiple extension cords were connected-in-series (daisy chained) providing power to temporary lighting. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards. Anen Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.403(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1669900, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/6/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Route 10, Mangilao Guam 96923.
