29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   Front side of the roof:  Employees pulling rebar onto a 10-foot roof were not protected by a guard rail, safety net, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
