29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  At jobsite located at 2005 W Dennis Ave, Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that the flexible cord protective layer was pulled away from the plug end of the cord and power cords lines have multiple frays exposing the inner covering of the wires.  The Marco Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.405(g)(2)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589001, citation number 2 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-29-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6811 W. 162nd Terr. Overland Park, Kansas  Marco Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541650, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-02-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 25226 91st Ter. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  At the temporary jobsite located at 2005 W Dennis Ave, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not provide and/or utilized.  The  Marco Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589001, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-29-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6811 W. 162nd Terr. Overland Park, KS 66085.  The Marco Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541650, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09-02-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 25226 91st Ter. 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  At the jobsites located at 2005 W Dennis Ave, Olathe, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to falls from approximately 10 feet from the roof to the ground below, in that the aluminum ladder used to access the roof did not extend at least 3 feet above the eave of the roof.  The Marco Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589008, citation number 1 item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 06-29-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2509 177th St., Stilwell, KS.
