29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) At the jobsite located at 2005 W. Dennis Ave. Olathe, Kansas., employees performing framing activities were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Gasoline which are skin irritants, may cause cancer, and are suspected of damaging fertility. Marco Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1427046, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 20, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6614 McCormick, Shawnee, Kansas.
