29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the temporary jobsite located at 5736 E Bristol St, Bel Aire, KS 67220 employees engaged in gasoline handing and marking chalk activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented. The chemical hazards associated with gasoline are: extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor, causes skin irritation, may cause genetic defects, may cause cancer, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters in airways. The Keson Pro Chalk can cause eye, skin and respiratory irritation and prolonged exposure can be harmful on human's health.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1):Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. At the temporary jobsite located at 5736 E. Bristol Street, Bel Aire, Kansas, employees engaged in gasoline handing and marking chalk activities were exposed to corrosive and flammable hazards in that safety data sheets were not maintained at the workplace. Gasoline is an extremely flammable liquid and vapor, causes skin irritation, may cause genetic defects, may cause cancer, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters in airways. The Keson Pro Chalk can cause eye, skin and respiratory irritation and prolonged exposure can be harmful on human's health.
