29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about October 25, 2023 the employer Joaquin Tovar Perez at jobsite located at 844 S. Main St. Findlay OH 45840, did not ensure employees were protected from falls while conducting residential roofing construction activities on the second (porch) and third (roof) level of a residential single family home. Employees were exposed to falls of 11 feet and 7 tenths (from the porch eaves), 15 feet and 7 tenths (from the porch peak) and 24 feet and 3 tenths (from the third level rooftop eaves) or greater to the ground below.
