29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about 1 November 2023, four employees of Olek Contracting LLC were observed working on a residential roof at 4 Arancio Court in Wentzville, Missouri. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection, exposing them to falls to the ground below.
