The program had not enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about November 1, 2023, Twins Construction Inc. did not provide training for employees who were exposed to fall hazards from roofing a residential building at 408 Tulleries Court in Foristell, Missouri. Employees were not trained to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize fall hazards.
