29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a) Located at 2238 Whistler Way, Lawrenceville, GA 30043: On or about 11/15/2023, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by hazards while operating a pneumatic framing nail gun, in that protective eyewear was not provided while operating this tool. An employee was exposed to plastic collated fragments, wood debris, and fasteners.  PRO-ATL Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupation safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)1, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1646368, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order date on 7/12/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4271 Woodward Mill Road, Millcroft Subdivision, Lot 75, Sugar Hill, GA 30518.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Located at 2238 Whistler Way, Lawrenceville, GA 30043: On or about 11/15/2023, the employer exposed two employees to fall hazards while working at eave heights above 27 feet from the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided while installing sheathing on a greater than 4/12 pitched roof.  PRO-ATL Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupation safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)13, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1646368, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order date on 7/12/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4271 Woodward Mill Road, Millcroft Subdivision, Lot 75, Sugar Hill, GA 30518.
