29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) New residential construction located at 1209 Firefly Field Trace, Lawrenceville, GA 30045, Roof: On or about April 11, 2025, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 145 PSI while engaged in framing activities.  Pro-Atl Construction LLC was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1646368, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/2023, with respect to a workplace located at  4271 Woodward Mill Road, Sugar Hill, GA 30518  Pro-Atl Construction LLC was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1710398, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/27/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2238 Whistler Way, Lawrenceville, GA 30043.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) New residential structure at 1209 Firefly Field Trace, Lawrenceville, GA 30096, Roof: On or about 4/11/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet 7 inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to an employee engaged in framing and sheathing activities.   Pro-Atl Construction LLC was cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1646368, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/2023, with respect to a workplace located at  4271 Woodward Mill Road, Sugar Hill, GA 30518. 29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New residential construction located at 1209 Firefly Field Trace, Lawrenceville, GA 30045: On or about 04/11/2025, the employer failed to inspect all electrical extension cords used to provide power to electric tools, in that an orange 50-foot electrical cord was damaged and exposing the internal insulated energized wires. An inspection of these cords was not performed prior to the shift as these cords were not repaired or removed from service.
